At La Cueille, it's first and foremost a story of people. A close-knit team, passionate, deeply attached to this place and what it represents: hospitality, sharing, and the taste of simple, authentic things.
The owner
Manu
Grandson of the village grocers, Emmanuel is the soul of the place. Welcoming, passionate, deeply attached to his Ardèche roots.
He's the one who imagined La Cueille in 2021: bringing the family building back to life and turning it into a social hub in the heart of Ribes village. Restaurant, cottages, grocery, guinguette, events — a complete place, open all year.

Yaya
In the kitchen, Yaya leads the dance. His cooking? Simple, creative and generous — with fresh products sourced from local Ardèche producers.
The menu changes every week with the rhythm of harvests and seasons. The set menu at 25 € — starter, main, dessert — is renewed every seven days. Everything is homemade, no exceptions.

Sarah welcomes you in the dining room and on the terrace. Smiles, warmth and an infallible memory for your preferences.
